Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned Notice/R.C. Prapatra 20 dated 12.01.2024 under Section 67(2) issued by the Tehsildar, Sadar, Pilibhit as well as order dated 29.03.2025 passed in Case No.447/2024, Case No.T202412560100447 (Gram Panchayat Versus Roopram) by the Tehsildar Sadar, Pilibhit." 3. Admittedly, petitioner has filed an appeal against the order passed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The said appeal is pending and the same has not been decided till date. 4. In view of the above, no interference is required by this Court. 5. Since the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No3 to decide the above- mentioned appeal, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
