The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent/ Tribunal to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner dated 24.12.2024 vide Annexure-F. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care. 4. The petitioner has filed an appeal before the Assistant Commissioner. The petitioner contends that the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:4380 WP No. 101689 of 2025 second respondent is attempting to alienate the property in question. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved an application before the Assistant Commissioner, however, the same has not been considered as of today. Hence, he has filed the present Writ Petition. 5. Suffice it to note that the age of the petitioner is shown as 92 years in the cause title of the Writ Petition. Taking note of the same, this Court deems it proper to direct the Assistant Commissioner to dispose of the application that has been filed by the petitioner, within two weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. 6.
