Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 435 of 2024 arising out of Piparwar P.S. Case No. 30 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 498(A)/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Suma Devi who was poisoned to death in her matrimonial home to enforce the demand of dowry. 4. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the viscera report supported the fact that the deceased was poisoned. 5.
