The present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 02.03.2025 being Case Crime No.0072 of 2025, under Sections 115 (2), 352, 351 (2) and 324 B.N.S., Police Station-Singhwali Aheer, District-Baghpat. 3. As per the report dated 29.04.2025 of the High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the settlement agreement has been arrived at between the parties. The respondent No.3 has agreed that he shall have no objection, if the Hon'ble Court pleases to allow the above noted writ petition. 4. In view of above, the impugned FIR is quashed. 5. The writ petition is allowed in terms of settlement agreement dated 29.04.2025 passed by the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.
