Learned counsel for the petitioner, without joining the issue on merits, submits that the petitioner is willing to deposit the entire amount before the Executing Court on or before 15.12.2025. 2. Let petitioner deposit the entire due amount on or before 15.12.2025, the operation of the order dated 13.11.2025, is kept in abeyance till 15.12.2025. If the amount is deposited, then the trial Court will pass an appropriate orders as necessary. 3. If the said amount is not deposited, then the learned trial Court shall be free to execute the warrant as directed by order dated 13.11.2025. 4.
