By this petition, the petitioners are seeking directions to the University Grant Commission to take immediate decision on the representation made by Amravati University dated 04/03/2025 with regard to the continuation of the Women’s Study Center at Amravati University for the academic year 2024-2025 and onwards. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has pointed out the orders dated 28/03/2025 and 20/07/2026. Thus, this Court has on two occasions directed the respondent No.1 to deal with the grievance of the respondent University submitted on 04/03/2025. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submitted that there are 82 Universities regarding the same decision is taken, however, considering the grievance, which is addressed 2026:BHC-NAG:11990-DB (2) 28.A. wp.1724.2025 before this Court, the respondent No.1 shall take a decision expeditiously within a period of eight weeks. 4.
