By way of the present writ petition,the petitioner is not challenging any particular order but is seeking a direction from this Hon'ble Court to the Respondent No. 3 & 4 to decide upon the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2025 pending before respondent no. 3 & 4 (ANNEXURE P-2), within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court, for the reason that Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2025.09.26 17:30:06 +0530 2 even after lapse of more than 12 months, till date no action has been taken by the authority that to decide the application/representation of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer and pending representation (Annexure P/2) will be considered in accordance with law. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the respondents No. 3 & 4 to consider/decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-2) dated 07.08.2025 and 13.07.2025 in accordance with law/rules/regulations as expeditiously as possible after giving opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case. 6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Sd/- (Arvind Kumar Verma) Judge Jyoti
