He seeks direction upon respondent no.2 (the District Magistrate) to consider the claim. 2. Mr. Ambrish Shukla, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the application will be duly dealt with. 3. Respondent no.2 is directed to consider petitioner's application dated 28th July, 2023. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of the application to said respondent.
