This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " Issue an appropriate order or direction directing the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No.2, District-Ghaziabad to decide the Case No.89 of 2024 (Aditi Saxena V. Shashank Saxena) under Sections 7, 8, 25, 29 & 31 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1977, pending in the court of Principal Judge/Family Court, District-Ghaziabad expeditiously within some stipulated time framed as may be directed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that proceedings under Section 7/8/25/29/31 of Guardian and Wards Act, 1977 is pending consideration before Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of Case No. 89 of 2024. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon court concerned to decide the Case No.89 of 2024 (Aditi Saxena vs. Shashank Saxena), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits. 6.
