Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR dated 2.9.2024, registered as Case Crime No. 0254 of 2024 under Sections 108, 115(2), 3(5) BNS, P.S. Shivali, District Kanpur Dehat. 3. On being highlighted that against the two co-accused chargesheet has been submitted , learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to him in law. 4. Prayer aforesaid is allowed. 5. Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
