Though, despite various opportunities, learned counsel for respondent No.2 has failed to file power of attorney, however by way of last opportunity, as prayed for, ten days’ time is granted to do the needful. In sequel to orders, dated 05.06.2026, 16.07.2026 and 12.08.2026, steps for the service of respondents No. 1, 3, 5 and 6 have not been taken till date. On the persuasive request of learned counsel for the appellant, 10 days’ further time, by way of last and final opportunity, is granted to do the needful, failing which the instant appeal shall be deemed to have been dismissed for non-prosecution without reference to the Court.
