The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the order vide Roc.No.102/HR/Transfers/2023, dated 26.12.2023 by Respondent No.4 transferring the Petitioner from Ramannapalem Cluster of Mogalthur Mandal to YS Palem Cluster of Narsapuram Mandal, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Letter No.95/SERP/HR/Transfers/2019, dated .06.2022 issued by Respondent No.2 apart from G.O.Ms.No.116, Finance (HR-I-Plg. & Policy) Dept., dated 07.06.2022 and G.O.Ms.No.122, Finance (HR.I-Plg. & Policy) Dept., dated 16.06.2022. 2. The Petitioner is working as a MSCC (Coordinator) since the year 2012. While so, an order vide Roc.No.102/HR/Transfers/2023, dated 26.12.2023 was issued by Respondent No.4 transferring the Petitioner from Ramannapalem Cluster of Mogalthur Mandal to YS Palem Cluster of Narsapuram Mandal in contravention of transfer guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.116, Finance (HR-I-Plg. & Policy) Dept., dated 07.06.2022 and G.O.Ms.No.122, Finance (HR.I-Plg. & Policy) Dept., dated 16.06.2022. 4 3. At the time of hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.4 passed on the written instructions dated 25.07.2025 signed by the Project Director, DRDA, West Godavari stating that although the transfer orders were issued, the orders were not implemented and the Petitioner continues to work in the same place. Further, the Standing Counsel on instructions submits that that there is no objection for Respondent No.4 for continuance of the Petitioner in the same post. 4. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.4, the Writ Petition is closed, by placing the written instructions dated 25.07.2025 on record. 5. No order as to costs. 6.
