It is submitted that O.S.No.278 of2016 is also pending between the petitioners and the others on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Rayachoti, including some of the respondents 4 to 9. Considering the nature of disputes between the petitioners and respondents 4 to 9, the police have duly acted in accordance with law and it left open for the petitioners and the respondents 4 to 9 to resolve their differences or disputes by approaching the appropriate Court.
