Learned counsel for the applicant has preferred this MCC for correction of the order passed by this Court in W.A. No. 549/2024 as in the said order, due to inadvertence mistake, in second line of Paragraph No. 2, ‘WPS No. 5230/2012 has wrongly been typed out as WPS No. 5230/2024’. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any objection. 5. In view of the above submission, the instant MCC is allowed, the WPS No. 5230/2024 be read as WPS No. 5230/2012 in second line of paragraph 2 of the order dated 19.09.2024 passed in W.A. No. 549/2024. 6. The order passed in Writ Appeal No. 549/2024 be corrected/modified to the extent indicated above. 7. Let a copy of this Order be made part of the Record of Writ Appeal No. 549/2024. 8. Accordingly, the instant MCC is allowed and disposed of in above terms.
