Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri H.N. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to call the petitioner for the counseling and after the counseling the petitioner should on the post of selection of teacher. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has applied for the post of teacher in Junior Basic School for Science and Math subjects. She submitted application form and subsequently all original documents before the concerned authority and was called for counseling on 24.07.2014. She also moved an application before the Tehsildar for getting residents certificate. She filed caste certificate alongwith other documents. Reading news paper she went to concerned officer about the date of counseling and on the notice board she found that her application form was cancel due to some wrong information given by her. Thus, present writ petition is filed to consider the application form and call her for counseling. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner was submitted application form with the original documents of caste certificate and domicile certificate. However, caste and domicile certificates was moved before the authority concerned the same could not be submitted. The petitioner having called for counseling and call in submitting her application form. 5. On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel submits that paragraph 11 of the writ petition also itself, it has been admitted by the petitioner from the notice board she came to know about her form being rejected due to some wrong information been given by her. The said order has not been challenged till date. The petitioner is in the year 2016 after lapse of more than 9 years. 6. As a result, present writ petition fails and is liable to be dismissed. 7.
