1. In the present writ petition, the prayer of the petitioner is that inspite of the fact, the services of the petitioner have been regularised vide
order dated 24.12.2024 (Annexure P-6) but till date the respondents have not released any pensionary benefits to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction be given to respondent No.2 to decide the legal notice dated 22.11.2024 (Annexure P-5), by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice dated 22.11.2024 (Annexure P-5), within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. In case, the petitioner is held entitled for grant of relief as per the law as claimed in the legal notice, the same be also released within a period of 03 months thereafter.
