Sharma, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No.4. 2. This writ appeal is presented against an order dated 08.08.2024 (Vivek Sharma Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others) passed by the learned Single Judge in WPS No. 1538 of 2014, whereby the writ petition filed by the writ petitioner / respondent No.2 herein has been disposed of with a direction to consider the case of the writ petitioner for appointment to the post of Lecturer (Biology) within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order further with an observation the writ petitioner shall not be entitled to back-wages, but his seniority would be reckoned from 25.02.2014. 3 3. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the School Education Department, which was a necessary and interested party before the Writ Court was not made party by the writ petitioner / respondent No.2 herein and the order of the Writ Court is to be complied with by the School Education Department. He further states that he will take remedy before the learned Single Judge. 4. With the aforesaid liberty, the instant appeal stands disposed of.
