The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.193 dated 18.06.2024, registered under Sections 3, 13(1), 5, 13(2), 8, 13(3) HGS and GS Act 2015 and Section 34 of IPC, 1860, at Police Station Hathin, District Palwal. 2. Vide order dated 01.05.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that that the petitioner has joined investigation on 16.05.2025 and the weapon allegedly used in the incident is yet to be recovered. 5.
