Side) ORDER The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) of BNS, 2023 r/w Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, in connection with the case in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seek anticipatory bail. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that CSR is assigned and that the enquiry is pending. 3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of three weeks from today. If the petitioners' appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent.
