According to petitioner, progress has not been made in the said case, therefore, he has approached this Court for a direction to the Waqf Tribunal, to decide the same expeditiously. 4. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with request to learned Waqf Tribunal to make endeavour to decide the Waqf Case as early as possible, preferably within nine months from date of production of certified copy of this order.
