Heard the parties
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 599/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 331(4), 305, 317(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa.
3. On 07.11.2024, the petitioner was apprehended just after he had committed theft in the house of the informant. Stolen jewelries were recovered from his possession.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2024.
5. Mr. Gautam Rakesh, learned A.P.P. has submitted that the petitioner is an accused in another case of similar nature.
6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage.
7. The petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
