The order passed by this Court allowing the operation of the bank account was conditional, subject to Respondents No. 2 to 5 furnishing bank guarantees of INR 9.76 crores. As that condition has not been fulfilled, the permission to operate the accounts has not taken effect. However, this Court finds no basis, in the present proceedings, to now direct Respondents No. 2 to 5 to furnish the bank guarantee. 3.
