This writ petition is pending since 2014. 3. This Court has passed passed following order on 5.5.2014: "As prayed, put up on Monday i.e. 12.5.2014 as fresh to enable learned counsel for the petitioner to show whether the mother of the petitioner, who was a Headmaster in an institution, falls within the category of Government employee for application of Government Order dated 12.11.1997 (Annexure 2 to the writ petition)" 4. Above referred querry of this Court has still not been satisfied with. The claim of the petitioner has already been rejected vide order dated 25.10.2013 which is annexed along with this writ petition. However, the same is not under challenge, therefore, due to aforesaid legal impediment as well as since querry of this Court has not been satisfied either by way of supplementary affidavit or through submission, therefore, this writ petition is dismissed.
