The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that as directed by the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.130 of 2024 for the offence under Section 409 of IPC and the investigation is still pending. 3. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
