JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE ORDER 30.08.2025 Short grievance projected by the petitioner is that he has worked for the higher post and he would be entitled charge allowances which has not been granted to him. He has relied upon Rule 85 1(5), entitled to charge of in terms of provisions contained in Chapter VIII of Combination of Appointments and salaries Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services Regulations Volume 1 related to salary, leave, pension and travelling allowances. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner's case will be considered and, if found eligible, the admissible charge allowances will be released in his favour. In view of the submissions made, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner strictly in accordance with the applicable rules, particularly Chapter VIII of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services Regulations Volume I. Let the claim of the petitioner be considered and decision in __________ this regard be taken and communicated to the petitioner within a period of two months from the data copy of the order is served upon them by the petitioner.
