This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking police protection for his property. 3. On a perusal of the records, it is revealed that the petitioner owns the property comprised in Survey No.277/10 situated at Ramaswamy 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.14152 of 2025 Street, Kizhkattalai Village, Pallavaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District. There is obstruction from enjoying the said property at the hands of private parties. Instead of filing a suit against the person who is interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property, the petitioner submitted a representation seeking police protection for his property. Therefore, police protection cannot be granted to the property, and as such, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered, and the Writ Petition is devoid of merits. 4.
