1. Heard Mr. Paras Mani Shriwas, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. J.K. Gupta, Advocate, appearing for the respondent, is present.
2. This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:
“It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this Criminal Revision and quashed the order dated 07/10/2023 passed by family Court Mungeli, District- Mungeli (C.G.) in Case No. Not Mentioned/2023 and order may be passed in favor of the Petitioner's to grant of interim maintenance amount, in the interest of justice.”

learned counsel for the applicants submits that the final order has already been passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Mungeli, District Mungeli (C.G.) in M.J.C. No. 442/2023, for proceedings under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C
4. in view of the above, instant criminal revision is dismissed as having rendered infructuous./-
