VARUN BYREDDY The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a writ order or direction declaring the inactions of the Respondent authorities in not commencing any investigation on the Petitioners Application cum complaint, which had submitted to the sub-inspector of police, Visannapeta police station to take action against 5th Respondent for illegally retaining the Deceptively, with an intention to harass the petitioners, and had kept the educational certificates, passport of 2nd Petitioner and medical reports, personal belongings of the 1st petitioner which are in custody of 5th Respondent as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14, 21, of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to surrender/handover the Passport and other original certificates of the Petitioners” 2. Heard Sri Tagore Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that they have not received any representation from the petitioners to attend their cause. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to make a representation to the police to attend to their cause, or they can file a fresh petition to serve the purpose of obtaining the passport of their child, which is in the custody.
