ORDER The above writ petition is filed to declare the e-auction publication notification dated 05.03.2025 issued by the 4*^ respondent for selling vehicles through e-auction scheduled on 17.03.2025, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter was listed on 13.03.2025 this Court permitted the petitioner to take out personal notice to respondents 2 to 5 by RPAD and to file proof of service. Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that e-auction notification (Ex.PI)

impugned in the writ petition was withdrawn. He would further submit that another en-auction notification was issued and challenging the same, the petitioner filed another writ petition.
3. In view of developments pending the writ petition, cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has rendered infructuous. now
4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is Dismissed as Infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
