By the present petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of a direction to the respondents to determine and declare his rights to Mutawalliship, as well as his entitlement to receive and collect Nazrana (offerings) of Ziyarat Aham-I-Sharief, Bandipora. 2. This Court, while issuing notice to the other side vide order dated 13.10.2025, passed following directions: “5. The same is taken on record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to challenge the consideration order dated 22.01.2026.
