The petitioner who is working as Sanitation Supervisor has filed this writ petition assailing order dated 18.09.2025 by which he has been transferred from Bhilai to Dhamtari. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the probation period of the petitioner has not been completed still he has been transferred. She would further submit that the petitioner has already preferred representation before the respondent authorities raising his grievances which has not been decided till date.
