Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Arunesh Singh, learned standing counsel for the state-respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the Additional Collector (Administration), Azamgarh to decide the Case No.2023531560000000) (Insarun vs. State of U.P.), under Section 27(3) of the U.P. C.H. Act, pending since 23.9.2022 within the stipulated period." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proceeding under Section 27(3) of the U.P. C.H. Act, initiated at the instance of the petitioner, is pending before respondent no.2/Additional Collector (Administration), Azamgarh since 28.3.2023, as such, appropriate direction be issued for the expeditious disposal of the pending case. He further placed the certified copy of the order sheet of the pending proceeding in order to demonstrate that matter is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. I have considered the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances, no case for expeditious disposal of the aforementioned proceeding is made out. 6. The writ petition is dismissed.
