This is an application for correction of the clerical errors and omission in the judgment dated 03.11.2025. 2. Petitioner, who appears in person, states that there is a typographic/clerical error in the judgment in Para No. 24, inasmuch as, no statement of the complainant was recorded under Section 164 Cr. PC, and rather, such statement was recorded under Section 161 Cr. PC after 500 days. 3. As per charge sheet (Annexure A-5), complainant was requested for her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. number of times, but she did not reach the court on one or the other pretext, due to which, her statement under Section 164 Cr. PC could not be recorded. 4. It is thus evident from the aforesaid that there is typographic/clerical error in Para No. 24 of the judgment dated 03.11.2025, where it narrates This is a digitally signed order.
