1. The present Criminal Revision Application challenges the order dated 30 May 2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Gadhinglaj, whereby the application preferred by the present Applicant seeking discharge was rejected. The crime was registered against the accused for offences punishable under Sections 354 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. The learned Additional Sessions Judge has held that the witnesses in clear words gave statements about the incident that happened with them, and on that basis, there is sufficient material to frame charges against the accused. 11-REVN-363-2025.doc seizure of stolen articles and weapon is not a ground to discard the evidence of eye-witnesses, the discharge application was rejected.
3. None appeared for the Applicant on 21 November 2025, neither on 7 August 2026 anybody appeared on behalf of the revisional Applicant.
4. The learned APP submits that on 17 September 2026, the charge would be framed by the Trial Court.
5. In view of above, the Revision Application stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
