This Court, vide order dated 04.07.2024 passed in MCRC No. 3317 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Ajay Kumar Yadav, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 3. Earlier on two occasions also, this Court had granted extension of time for compliance of the order dated 04.07.2024. 4. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Surajpur, District-Surajpur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 30.08.2025 has requested for grant of 01 month time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in the present case, the examination of 10 prosecution witnesses has been completed. The evidence of the Investigating Officer is still pending. The case was fixed for prosecution evidence on 30.08.2025. Due to the non-appearance of witness Pradeep Sidar, it does not appear possible to dispose of the case within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court. Hence, an extension of 01 month time is required for disposal of the case. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
