Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present application is filed by the applicant praying for following relief:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the court below to decide the Complaint no.3652 of 2017, (Computer Case No.040352602017) (Sumitra Devi Vs. Ashok Kumar Gupta and others), Under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, Police Station-Badahalganj, District-Gorakhpur pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (S.D.)-IV, Gorakhpur within stipulated period. So justice may be done. And/or too pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is the wife and the court concerned may be directed to decide the aforesaid within a stipulated period. 4. Learned A.G.A. submits that the court concerned will decide the aforesaid case in a time bound manner. 5. In view of the aforesaid, this application is disposed of directing the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (S.D.)-IV, Gorakhpur to consider Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Kamlesh Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Sumitra Devi .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. And 6 Others .....Opposite Party(s) and decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party.
