Talwar, Advocate for the applicants-petitioners submits that he does not want to press the present application and the same may be disposed of as such. The application is dismissed as not pressed. However, vide said order dated 09.01.2014 (Annexure P/7), liberty has also been granted to the petitioners to assail any such order passed by the respondent(s). Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedy as per law with regard to order dated 09.02.2024 (Annexure P/18) passed by the Chief Engineer (Administration), Haryana Power Generation Corporation Limited.
