Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Birni P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018 corresponding to Protest cum Complaint Case No. 491 of 2022 for the offences registered under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Danish Nawaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Kajal Kumari who allegedly committed suicide in her matrimonial home. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has pointed out towards para-79 of the case diary where it has been stated that the deceased was mentally disturbed person and as such, she has committed suicide. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Danish Nawaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Birni P.S.
