ORAL ORDER
1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. The respondent herein has filed Crl.Misc.No.191/2014 against the petitioner wherein, in which the Family Court has granted maintenance of Rs.20,000/- per month to the respondent herein, in which the application is filed under Section 127 of Cr.P.C. The said matter is taken up to the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP (Crl.) No.4984/2020 and the Hon’ble Supreme Court by order dated 20.01.2025 passed the following order:
“Applications for exemption from filing O.T. and permission to file additional documents/facts/annexures are allowed.
Leave granted.
The petitioner shall continue to pay Rs.10,000/- per month to the respondent in the first week of every month till the disposal of the appeal.
List the appeal on 12.11.2025.”

3. Having taken note of the
order dated 20.01.2025 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, wherein the order passed in Crl.Misc.No.191/2014 is the subject matter and therefore I am *not inclined to interfere with the impugned order dated 11.09.2023 passed in Crl.Misc.No.170/2020. It is open for the parties to adjudicate their dispute before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, if so advised.
