1. None appears on behalf of the applicants to press this revision petition on repeated calls, when the matter is called out. 2. Ms. Shubha Shrivastava, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the respondent/ State is present. 3. The criminal revision bearing CRR No.1149/2022 has been filed by the applicant with following prayer:
“(A). It is, therefore, prayed that the impugned order dated 30.09.2022 regarding framing of charge in connection with Special Session Trial (POSCO) No. 24/2022, by Additional Sessions Judge, FTC Special Court, (POCSO Act), Ramanujganj, District Balrampur Ramanujganj (C.G.) may kindly be set- aside and the applicant may kindly be discharged, in the interest of justice. (B). It is therefore, further prayed that Charge framed against the applicant for the offence publishable section 342 r/w section 34, 506 part II r/w section 34 of the IPC and Section 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 may also be quashed and he may kindly be discharged.”

4. The criminal revision bearing CRR No.1273/2022 has been filed by the applicant with following prayer:
“It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 30.9.2022 passed by the Additional Session Judge (F.T.C) Special POCSO Act Ramanujganj Distt- Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G) in Special Session Trail (POCSO) No. 24/2022 "State of C.G Vs Narendara Singh & Others" and discharge the applicant from the aforesaid charge, in the interest of justice.”

In view of the communication made by the trial Court concerned regarding disposal of Special Sessions Trial (POCSO Act) No.24/2022, it seems that the criminal case has been disposed of and as such, the matters have become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, instant criminal revisions are dismissed as having rendered infructuous. Sd/-
