The first petitioner is a consortium of four companies. It is authorized to develop a high-tech township over a vast area of land. On 28.10.2024, the Vice- Chairman, Bulandshahr Khurja Development Authority, Bulandshahr requested the State Government to include Village- Beel Akbarpur (Part), Tehsil- Dadri, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar in development area falling under its jurisdiction. It is stated that it was left out in the previous notification dated 20th August, 2024. It is further stated that on account of the said omission, the lay out plan submitted by the petitioner could not be approved. 2. The sole prayer made by the petitioners is that a direction be issued to the State Government to take appropriate decision in pursuance of the said request made by Vice-Chairman, Bulandshahr Khurja Development Authority, Bulandshahr. 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents, Shri D.S. Chauhan appearing for the Bulandshahr Khurja Development Authority and Ms. Anjali Upadhya appearing for respondent no.3 have no objection, in case, direction is issued to the State Government to take decision in the matter. 4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.1 to take decision in pursuance of the letter of Vice-Chairman, Bulandshahr Khurja Development Authority, Bulandshahr dated 28.10.2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the letter dated 28.10.2024.
