Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The fifth respondent was appointed in the year 1991, and the petitioner was appointed in the year 2000. It is the case of the petitioner that the fifth respondent was appointed as an Assistant Teacher, whereas the petitioner was appointed as a Senior Teacher; that their seniority, at the time of entering into the Lecturer grade, is one and the same, and, hence, the seniority of the fifth respondent should be ignored, and the petitioner should be appointed as Principal. 2. The ground canvassed by learned counsel for the petitioner has absolutely no legs to stand on, and is miserably misconceived. 3.
