This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 282 days in filing the appeal against the acquittal. 4. The applicant by profession is a labourer and resident of village marodi. It is argued that the applicant being rustic and having no knowledge about the procedural aspects, the delay has been caused in filing the appeal. 5. Considering the explanation offered by the applicant in the application and as the same is found satisfactory, we are of the opinion that the delay caused in filing the appeal needs to be condoned. 2 917.appa.20.2025 6.
