State of U.P. and others) whereby the writ petition was dismissed. The only contention of the petitioner is that the recall application dated 14.11.2022 may be directed to be decided. 3. In opinion of court, the petitioner is seeking to reagitate the grounds raised in the writ petition, that cannot be permitted. The petitioner has not been able to point out any error apparent on the face of the record that would merit review of the order aforesaid. 4. This application is, therefore, rejected.
