By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has challenged the suspension order dated 21.03.2025. Learned Standing Counsel submits that since video clip was there regarding transaction of money which amounted to glaring example of taking bribe. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and looking to the allegations made in the suspension order regarding video clipping and the incident recorded, I decline to grant indulgence in the mater. However, I dispose of this petition with a direction to disciplinary authority to conclude the disciplinary proceedings within three months of production of certified copy of this order.
