This case is arising out of cancellation of contractual appointment of a Shiksha Mitra on a ground that he has passed high school and intermediate from State of Madhya Pradesh (Board of Secondary Education, Madhya Bharat, Gwalior), however, said Board is not recognized in State of U.P. 2. None appears for petitioner. 3. Sri Ashish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondents submits that in present writ petition, no document is placed on record that degree from said Board was recognized in State of U.P. 4. Otherwise also, since now scheme of Shiksha Mitra has already been abandoned in the year 2010, therefore, no relief could be granted to petitioner at this stage. 5.
