Upon hearing from the learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of this writ petition finally directing the Collector and District Magistrate, Balangir(Opposite Party No.3) in the district of Balangir to dispose of the representation dated 10.04.2025 of the petitioner pending before him within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of this order after giving opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and to intimate the result of disposal of the representation to the petitioner. 4.
