This Court vide order, dated 13.08.2012 granted interim suspension of the impugned proceedings for conducting public auction of lease hold rights in respect of the subject land. 4. In view of the interim order, the auction was not conducted. 5. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
