Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the issue involved in the present case is covered by the judgment dated 24.04.2025 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP-14627-2024 titled as ‘Mahabir Singh Tanwar Vs. State of Haryana and others’ and other connected matters. Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid factual position.
