The Court made the following Order: on behalf 2. Heard Sri Challa Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. As can be seen from the record, a crime is lodged against the petitioner at the instance of only Accused-3 and 4 alleging that he is illegally transporting the PDS rice. The contentions raised in the present petition are matter of defence. 3. 4. In that view, the petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the contentions before the Trial Court in his defence. The learned trial Judge may take into consideration the said contentions and take appropriate decision, according to law.
